This workout is good for all body muscles
Jumping jacks : for legs and warming up all body parts
dips : for trieps and bench
squats : for legs
mointain climbers : for legs , abs and arms
modified v-sits : extreamly for abs
push ups rotation : for bench and arms
up and down planks : for arms and abs
here is a program to improve your level
Level 1 : 1 set
Level 2 : 2 sets ( dont rest more than 2 min between every set )
Level 3 : 3 sets (dont rest more than 2 min between every set )
Level 4 : 4 sets (dont rest more than 2 min between every set )
Max Level : 3 sets do max reps in every set ( dont rest more than 2 min between every set )
