Exercise 4 : Butterfly
4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 8 reps
Exercise 5 : Upper Cable Crossover
3 sets of 12, 10, 8 reps
Exercise 6 : Decline Barbell Bench Press
3 sets to max
Exersice 7 : Dips
3 setst to max
