Abs workout part 2

This is another abs workout.
 


 

 
 
 
this is daily workout can compleltly change your abs
it can also seprate for levels :
 
Level 1 : do 20 reps    2 sets
Level 2 : do 30 reps    2 sets
Level 3 : do 45 reps    3 sets
Level 4 : do 55 reps    3 sets
Level 5 : do 70 reps    3 sets
Level 6 : do 80 reps    3 sets
Level 7 : do 90 reps    3 sets
Level 8 : do 100 reps  4 sets
